Founded in 2019, MSH Health care aims to provide safe, high quality, person-centred, compassionate care to all our service users; enabling those we care for to live their lives to the full, adapting our care to truly reflect individual needs and wishes.
Our aims & objectives are:
To promote safe, high quality, bespoke care to our service user allowing them to retain their dignity and independence by living in the comfort of their own home for along as they wish
To promote effective care by encouraging our service users to realise their own aims and support them to achieve their goals in all aspects of daily life by using evidence-based practice to ensure the best quality of life
To identify gaps within the domiciliary care service and adapt our business to address and meet these needs in the local community
To promote a caring service by respecting the individuality of the service user, staff and family treating them with kindness, respect, compassion and dignity at all times
To promote responsive care by aiming to match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the service user to ensure comfortable, trusted relationships and continuity of care
To promote the use of our complaints and compliments process as we recognise that they are a valuable indicator of the quality of our service giving us the opportunity to improve on the delivery of safe, high-quality care
To Recognise individual needs of our service users offering personalised care packages that respect the privacy and dignity of their personal choices including their culture and religious beliefs
To promote a well-led service, leading by example we will support, respect and value our team which will ensure honesty and transparency between all levels of staff, management and service users
To continuously improve the team’s skills, knowledge and capabilities to promote continuous, safe, high-quality care
